The best bet is to get an old 29er frame. Fat tyred wheels end up pretty similar in size to a 29er. Then buy the fat fork of your choice. There's loads out there, and in every material. The Maverick SC32 is a sus fork, that will take a 3.7" tyre on a 80mm rim.
