On November 30th over 3 million people will take direct action against the Government’s austerity agenda. In one of Britain’s biggest strikes in living memory, teachers, construction workers and fire fighters will all come together on picket lines to reject the Government's unjust assault on public sector pensions.
The government and the media have tried to discredit the action by saying that the strikers don't have public support.
Let’s show them that they’re wrong.
Join us for a SOLIDARITY BIKE RIDE around the Newcastle Pickets!
We will be serving tea and dancing to protest tunes old & new!!
Come along and show your support for people on the picket lines at schools, colleges, universities and hospitals around the town centre...
Meet Wednesday 7.15am at the bottom of Sidney Grove, Fenham, or 7.30am at St.Thomas' Church, Haymarket
