Training for TP100 at the beginning of March so I'm not that far out from hitting my max (scheduled) mileage of 130km/week. I was supposed to do 110k last week but only got to 90 (missed the wednesday 20km) and next couple of weeks I'm travelling so not going to get much done then either.
I'm not on my computer right now but I'll post my planned vs actual training graph... it definitely is heavy miles but at the same time I don't think I'm over doing things. It's a fine balance between preparing for the 100 and not over-training.
Hmm, I'm doing that race too, and haven't started training yet. It'll be interesting seeing how the two different approaches work.
