  • Here you go. I have very little idea whether or not this looks like a sensible schedule but it's what I'm doing. The main focus is to build the miles slowly, but at the same time I'm a bit nervous that by race-day my longest ever run will have been 48km (I have a couple of 48km/32km weekends) - hence why I'm thinking of reshuffling the last 6 weeks of the schedule to fit the Pilgrims challenge Feb (2x c.50km days). TP100 will be my first ultra (excl. pilgrims) so I feel like I'm treading a fine line between overtraining and being sufficiently trained. I'm just bumbling through really.

    (today's run will be very light (I think i'll join the GF on her run) because I have a bit of soreness in my ankle after the weekend).
