Headwinds all the way to Windsor on Saturday - made for a good little 2-up, followed by a sprint out of the Great Park into the centre with the winds at our backs which was joyous. Tailwinds on the way home too, so all in all a lovely little 70-odd-miler with the added benefit of a tasty flat white under the outdoor heaters in Windsor [ame]http://connect.garmin.com/activity/131017562[/ame]#
Took the girlfriend out into Surrey on Sunday for her first taste of the hills - she got up Coombe Hill, Crocknorth Road and Box Hill without walking and with her knee still sore after being knocked off. Impressed, although less impressed with some of the snark exhibited by some of the Kingston Wheelers we came accross on the road - learn some manners and road etiquette, you lot!
