The fashion types and celebs are in the minority. Most people there are having a laugh, getting a bit pissed and dressing in a shambolic mixture of second hand clothing.
I didn't get into the Tweed Run to be part of a movement that can be 'in' or 'over' - I did it because it's funny, I like dressing like a dopper and because a lot of people get to ride ten miles around London in relative safety. Oh, and to drink very expensive booze on someone else's account.
