Yeap paypal will sort you out, but takes a couple of weeks. Royal mail have some rule that its not considered lost until its a month overdue.... and any item is insured automatically up to £42 just hope the seller has the receipt....
However, there's nothing to say the seller has even sent it. Search their name in good and bad trader threads and check out their previous sales threads if they have any....
