Running tights come in 2 main types like cycling bibs. Plain or brushed lycra. The plain is usually enough for most conditions. I've worn out my Concave (now gore?) tights, have near worn through my NBs, and lost a pair of salomans (how do you lose tights FFS). So will be investing in some Skins thermal compression tights in the near future.
