inquiring mind want to know more, my bike is currently stuck in america due to high cost of shipping (light too)...

You could pack a bike onto a standard pallet, in fact you could stack 10 bikes to a pallet. I found that it was cheaper to send stuff on a pallet than it was to send a pallet sized box.

We are talking about these, aren't we?
Yeah, I think so. To go inside a shoe to give the cleat bolts something to hold onto.
Mrlemon, that'd be magic. I'll be coming past yours at about half 7 tomorrow, if that's any good?Ah, I meant the actual Cleat Bolts, dont think I have any plates spare, and im out this evening im afraid. If you still need Bolts bash me a PM and im sure I can sort you out with a couple.

Where can I get some clear coat between Old St. and Borough?
-
• #20956
that hardware shop on Goswell road?

Need new tyres for my car 225/45/17. Unfortunately all four. I have Dunlop SP Sport Maxx at the moment.
Does it make sense to go for some budget Chinese ones for £40 a pop or stick to the ones which cost £120? I'm broke, but don't want to be making false savings. Anyone knows of any website with discounted tyres or about any budget tyres which are not made of licorice?I could google it, but why should I if I'm a LFGSS member already.

Is that a guess?
It's a bit out the way too. I have one hour to purchase clear coat, cycle down to Southwark, apply it to a bike and get back to work. :- -

http://www.blackcircles.com/ are pretty good.
I'd recommend Toyo Proxe T1-R's, I'm running 215/45/17 at the moment and they are nice and grippy.
I think I paid around £360-ish for 4, I got them from Camskills as I recall.
And James, I hope this points out that people use this thread to get personal recommendations from people they know, rather than just using Google to fish answers out of the Internet Hive mind with no provenance.

I have just received an email from a chandlery (that's a place that sells boating stuff) and it's cc'd to me and 2,000 others.
Where can I profitably sell a top notch qualified mailing list?

Piplers of Poole was the culprit.
PM your email and it's yours.

I've got an email like that from the East India Club if you're interested...

When a particular work associate sends cc's you into emails, it says at the top of the email:
**
[You were Cc'd]**This is amazing. How do you do it?

On the mailing list, I got sent on the d-lo a link to a site that had the personal emails, addresses, and contact numbers for the great and the good of business and politics.
Never thought about trying to sell it tho... bit late now :(
Yes, pack it as small as possible (LxWxH) as everything short of Tungsten billet seems to have a chargeable (volumetric) weight for airfreight more than its actual weight. Get quotes from airfreight companies based on delivering it yourself to their warehouse near the airport, rather than paying them to collect it from you, and ideally with the same arrangement at the other end (TBCF)
