  • I did it! Just did nearly two miles, and didn't walk once! It would appear that I'm a bit fitter than I was during the summer, I didn't even get madly out of breath. Let's see if I can do it again tomorrow.

    Thats a decent constant running distance. The improvement curve is steep at the start, but you sound quite far up it already.

    Just watch the legs. Running is pretty brutal compared to cycling, due to the constant impacts.
