If Marino didn't already deal directly with the public, I'd support his endeavour but I don't see what extra value there is in an Alej-supplied frame vs a Marino-direct frame.
If you kept some frames in stock so people could have their bikes in less than a week, you'd be providing a useful service and I'd support it.
If you're inclined to get your own custom frame, then go for it. You'll realize that you end up paying pretty much the same anyway (Did I say it's shipped express?)
