sorry to lower the tone you don't mention cash but this does rather impact it and lot of variation, space vs location
Lived Barbican - 1 month, Surrey Quays 3 month, Shad Thames 1 year, Clapham 3 months, Kensington 1 year all renting then bought in Camden 13 years ago, having worked out you get a lot more for your cash, but Camden has changed, lost a lot of its uniqueness, too many of the coffee chains etc but good training in the park............
