Shift quality of Ultegra over 105 is not much, if anything (everything else is 105 on the mentioned model). As mentioned it'll be better than SRAM.
If you just want quality and durability then 105 does this completely.
If you want to save weight then go for the next model up with Ultegra, and switch to Ultegra cranks if it comes with FSA.
Do they do a BB30 Ultegra crankset, or would you have to sleeve it?
