that climb is never easy gears or fixed. Descending ditchling beacon with gears
at full speed my reward yesterday..

sorry i didn't stick around.. missed my home deadline of 4.00pm by 45minutes.
so my children completed homework, ate sunday roast, and packed for school by 9.00pm :)

If I had grabbed your wheel, I would have probably have died. I have sadly learnt that hills require me to climb at my own speed. My HR was maxing out even at the slow speed I was attaining. Later my HR was maxing out as i walked.
