  • When I was a chef I was so broke (after spending all my wages on raves) that the only thing I had in my cupboard was plain flour left there by the landlord as some old spices and herbs on a dusty pine rack from ca. 1978.
    I'd eat my dinners at work, but as for night snacks I'd master the art of making all sort of dumplings and soups made of butter and mixed herbs. This is why my belly is mashed up now. This and drugs.

    flour pancakes fill a hole too, but not recommended for too long.
