Hello there,
I´ve been lurking around the internet for some time now in search of Moser catalogues, to find out which year my beautiful Moser is from. The last owner told me, that the frameset has been ridden by claudio bortolotto at a late 70s giro d´ italia - but after a little giro & team research (http://www.cyclingarchives.com/index.php) and online photo investigation (http://www.sirotti.it/) I wasn´t able to find bortolotto on this frame.
The only Moser catalogue I found was on bulgier (http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/Catalogs/moser/) - also no hint in terms of the age of my frame.
Seems like the seller was talking gibberish.
So, to get to the point, could anyone tell me which year my Moser is from? Would you say, it´s a team frame or, more likely, a retail model?
The BB shell says 55 S3S or 55 SBS / 55 is also the frame size.
According to the 1978 decal and the 51.151 it should be built after 1984 - but from that point on I am in need of your help, thank you in advance.
