In almost exactly the situation, only I'm heading to holborn. Being at the hospital we've got rozzers everywhere but the helicopter that's been practically sitting on my head is starting to get distracting.
I'm planning on waving my d-lock angrily. Hopefully it will have calmed down by the time I head back to the deep south later.
