I have the meat sweats. Turned out pretty well tho.
Roasted carrots, spuds, nips and celeriac (goose fat of course)
Roasted walnut and bacon stuffing
Turkey breast stuffed with a mixture of chopped chorizo, celery, shallots and breadcrumbs, wrapped in pancetta
Altogether
We're both a bit bacon'd out now. I will be bringing a large piece of bacon cake to souths tomorrow for Hillbilly, we've created a monster.
