lmao ^
lefty forks are very well made.
-
• #532
Yeah - stiffer, lighter and stronger than comparable forks. Also extremely plush due to running on roller bearings rather than bushes. Not cheap though.

Is that a dynamo hub on the front?

Is that a dynamo hub on the front?
Yes, an old S-A one, probably not specced with the original frame (doubt it had a 3-speed to start off with either). I rode it from hall green to cotteridge yesterday and only remembered today that it had a the dynohub, I expected it to be a total b*tch.
...
That said, I don't know that it works. -

I've gone and bought another shitheap off the bay.
Going to make this into a sweet fixie in order to raise my street credibility. I'll be needing a chain and a bmx-style brake lever if anyone has these for sells?
-
• #543
Oh, also after a cog (pretty big, about 18t) and lockring too
-
• #544
Took the stickers off my rims, looks much better now.
Still unsure about the frame ones, might get some black ones. -

The rat project is coming along nicely. Put a brake on it today. Just waiting for a cog and lockring and then the crustiest fixed gear ever built is ready for action (pootle down the pub)
