I'm not so sure it's good for you. Given that you run and cycle, that's a very large deficit. You're likely to be losing as much muscle as fat (maybe more muscle than fat), leaving you in poor shape at the end, with a high risk of just yo-yoing back up in weight once you stop the crash diet.
