I'm going Dugast for my posh wheels. Those Vittorias are well dodg in the rain/cold/grease (basically anything that isn't bone dry Italian roads). If the Dugast are no good I'll try the Conti Competitions.
Last couple of Sundays I've spun the rear wheel on out of the saddle climbs/sprints- the Vittorias really don't grip cold greasy roads at all.
There seems to be a fair degree of support for the Conti Competitions here- I might try them if I can find a good deal.
They seem to come in a range of widths- rather than simply choosing 23, what do people recommend for going on 50mm CF rims?
