Yep I've got one and my friend bought one. They're great for the price, and the customer service is excellent.
Some of the buckles on mine broke during cold weather and they sent me replacements for free.
Had it on during some pretty heavy rain too and the inside has never been wet. Also for the extra thing you can get added, I'd definitely recommend getting compression straps.
