At least 100g lighter for the whole groupset (I reckon the next milestone is 1750g), a completely new crank and new chainrings (SRAM rings are shit, they flex way too much). The hoods could also do with an overhaul, compared to the Di2 hoods they're really uncomfortable. Possible move towards BB386 too which looks set to become the dominant new industry standard.
Their MTB offerings will spearhead development, expect to see that go electric/hydraulic before ther road groupset.
