Condition is much more important than age. If it's straight, free running and cosmetically tidy, £200 is fair. Getting a good one for a lot less than that can be considered a good deal. All assuming we're talking about a clincher. Tubulars tend to fetch less just because there is more supply and less demand.

It is straight, round and cosmetically ok although the current owner has removed the specialized decals which have left themselves shadowed into the lacquer. This is ugly but I'm sure I can get replacement decals or just live with it.
