this is probably a stupid question, but i'm new to west london. what's the best way to cross the westway (on a bike of course) from near warwick avenue-sort-of-area to near paddington-sort-of-area? as in, the quietest, least death-by-hgv/ten-lanes-of-40mph-traffic-etc way. thanks for your help!
go to the top of warwick avenue. Pass the traffic lights, after the corner of Maida avenue, go down the pavement (it's a steep-ish hill) alongside the road that leads to the roundabout, and turn right through the orange tunnel. This will bring you out by Travis Perkins, then go over the bridge toward Notting Hill, after the bridge turn left and you are at paddington station
