The roundabout under the Westway isn't that bad, but the canal tow path might be largely ridable from Little Venice to Paddington Basin. It's only 700 yards from Maida Avenue to South Wharf Rd, so not a big problem if you have to wheel your bike to avoid pitching pedestrengers into the canal.
