Excellent service in my view- given that they could have (via email) shrugged and said "yeah, whatevs".
So, I'll be getting a new pair of rims with the new and improved braking surface.
Does anyone want to get a set of rims given that I'm getting another box sent over from China?
You can have tubs or clinchers, 20mm/38mm/50mm/60mm/88mm, 3K/12K, and a choice of drillings.
