how about this. essex this tuesday then in two weeks the final run of the year on the canal route that bmmf put together (scarlett can you lead that?) then the first tuesday of Nov is pencilled in for an awards ceremony at the C&H (south beers pub) with a special burger deal arranged for the night courtesy of James & Steve.

Ingateston I believe, tho Roydon is also in Essex, it's Ingatestone that is usually referred to as the Essex ride.
