Look, there are only a few riders capable of record level performance and from a commercial standpoint it would only be geewizz factors in it for the big manufacturers.
Until the UCI relents on drag reducing specific design the best for our lot is to line the inside surfaces of your forks and rear triangle with paint brush bristles to break up the rotating air on the wheels..or perhaps fenders with side skirts..I see a new category for anti-porn coming ;~)
