I use the Sinz BMX race cranks:
Pros: Light, square taper so fit with JIS BB that came with the bike originally (so can maintain 44m chainline), come is a variety of lengths (way down to like 130 or something crazy, I use 165), go down to 34t, easy to find replacement rings. Come in all black so look good
Cons: 5 bolt 110BCD so unlikely to find 1/8th chain ring. Hard to find a decent bashguard to cover a 34t chain ring (using a blackspire one meant for up to 40t which just covers a 34t which is heavy as fook)
