  • I've been meaning to have a crack at this since you first posted up this thread back in 08, Mack. One quick question though, do you not find your shoes rubbing against the crank? I'm a bit worried 'cause the q-factor on my bikes is quite low, i thought this may be a problem on narrow track frames, especially with Hi-Tops or chunky skate shoes. Cheers!

    No, the inner is never a exact fit so you can just set the glue with the inner pushed as far out as it will go. Plus you have some adjustability with the cleat.
