  • Regular 15k runs are not practical for most people. Running like that is something you work towards (and sacrifice other things for). By the time you can do regular 15k runs, you're probably already in very good shape. We seem to be sliding into the realms of bragging about athleticism, rather than talking about practical weight loss.

    You've clearly never met Tiswas- parts of him don't stop moving for ages after he stops running.

    It's a bit like having a conversation with a Jellyfish on a Power Plate.
