Every time I run 15k or more, I start to crave chips. During the run.
I'm yet to stop off and eat any en route though.
Regular 15k runs are not practical for most people. Running like that is something you work towards (and sacrifice other things for). By the time you can do regular 15k runs, you're probably already in very good shape. We seem to be sliding into the realms of bragging about athleticism, rather than talking about practical weight loss.
