  • I think your right Bruce, I'm still keeping an eye on what I'm eating and consider myself healthy, I lost some weight but due to my increase in running and body weight work outs I think I've put it back on again, although I'm looking more toned than when I lost the weight to be honest.

    I'm generally keeping under 1800 calories a day which I'm happy with and doesn't feel like a slog every day.
