homing, next time you may want to do a bit of a search before asking your question, if you type tokyo into the search box, you'd come up with a page worth of results, which with a bit of work would have brought up the answer you seek, at least in terms of stores to go to, if not prices for the specific set of cranks you want.
I'm gonna cut you some slack, as I did with the DZR thread, and because this particular post, will take a bit of time to dig out...
