  • Snack in a controlled way. I know some good but non-sinful muffin recipes, for instance, or you can get some of those 90 calorie cereal bars from a newsagent and have one with a cup of tea/coffee and some fruit. Have one snack mid morning, one mid afternoon. The trick is not to go hungry, but not to splurge.

    Sounds good to me. I normally tend to have fruit in the morning and the same in the afternoon.
