Does anyone have tips for keeping away from the sweets at work? I don't mean the vending machines I mean the free sweets. My healthy eating is going really well but I've just had a sudden bout of eating jelly beans recently why the hell I dont know!
Snack in a controlled way. I know some good but non-sinful muffin recipes, for instance, or you can get some of those 90 calorie cereal bars from a newsagent and have one with a cup of tea/coffee and some fruit. Have one snack mid morning, one mid afternoon. The trick is not to go hungry, but not to splurge.
