Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

I think this may be a Batavus Professional, brake bridge, lugs, bb match up. Frame number seems to be a similar style too.

Any thoughts?
rear brake hanger looks very colnago like, as does the bean shaped cut out on the BB. hmmm but the wrap over stays???
