i can't believe you lot are cycling in jackets that i would be boiling in minutes in, are you just pootling along? i have a gore phantom which is a thin softshell that works well for 3° and below but any warmer and a baselayer and long sleeve jersey or just jersey and gilet are fine, i tried a endura full waterproof softshell but would have to move to scotland to get any use out of it.
i guess i just run hot.
