Well that was a pretty fucking stupid thing to do wasn't it!
The data will still be on the card somewhere it just needs recovered. Have a search around for freebie ones on google. If no joy find a data recovery company and pay them. Should no the too much as it is only a couple of Gigs of data.
Then buy a spare SD card, they don't cost nothing these days.
