  • I just sold my 60D and bought a GF2 instead. Its ace for portability, more than good enough quality for 90% of shots even with the stock 14 and 14-42 lenses. Not got the moneys at the moment to get into the old lenses and adaptors scene just yet but definitely will as soon as i can.

    If you had a mk2 then you would definitely see the drop in quality but compared to a mk1 then i think it is a very good option.

    I would keep the lenses though unless you really need the money as you would regret having to buy them again if you ever go back to a DSLR.

    Yeah I suppose the L glass could even be an investment. At worst their value shouldn't drop much.
    This is where I wish I'd stuck to Nikon , could get an F100 or F5 or something and have a way of getting some use out of the lenses. Canon have nothing in the way of a film eos body that really grabs me.
