Did I say anything about windows?
Nothing is holding you back from running Android ported to x86 architecture (unstable at the moment) or even better install Linux. AFAIK those tablets will have the same hardware as Samsung laptops which means popular and well supported distros like Ubuntu will have all the drivers. Ubuntu is also multitouch capable.
