I'd say that's pretty fucking bad
Horses for courses and that, but it's pretty much mild rather than bitter, no? -

leave bread and a filling next to it and turn around, if there's a sandwich waiting for you when you turn back, you have your answer

Free bottle of Kernel IPA Citra 7% for all advance ticket purchases to people coming to the Gigcat on Saturday evening. This stuff is lovely, and Th Kernel have donated us a few crates for the evenings festivities!

Sampling the few IPAs and Wandle they had on at Crown and Anchor last night. I'd tell you which I liked but 1) I have no idea which was which as I was ordering from behind the taps and 2) I ended up slightly pished so can't rememebr names anyway (except the Wandle which is regularly there).

Mmmmmm Wandle is a goodun

Keep your eye out for Kernel export stout if they do it again this year. 8% and so rich, roasty and sweet.

^^ He's got a pot to boil stuff up in, has to cool it via a weird heat exchanger thing. Only seen pics, so hard to describe. It's not an off the shelf kit...
