Tell me about it! Seems it ravaged it's way through most of the plots at our allotment.
Also any suggestions for imaginative, freezable courgette/marrow recipes are welcome. We have 'a lot'...
I've never really had a glut of courgettes as I only grow a plant or two (that does me) but I have wondered about this and have thought about courgette jam, having seen afew recipies. I've thought about it as it appeals and semi-disgusts me at the same time.
