Yes. That's the bit where they hope you and the seller will work it out.
This stage failed due to my seller being a thieving fuckhead.
So, then I say to ebay "Hey guys, this fuckhead stole my money" and they say "oh noes, let sort it out. Send back the item and we will get you your money back."
I'd already sent the item back so provided ebay with the tracking number which they confirmed and blah blah.. where's my fucking money?
