No, Ebay deal with it.
I paid with paypal, ebay handle the complaint. I tried raising a case within my paypal account and it said it'd already been done and should be managed within ebay.
The Royal Mail tracking thing doesn't show when it was delivered but it was sent on the same day as I received it as Next Day. I was told it would be there by 1pm the day after I'd sent it back. That was a month ago.
