You could use the later ME7 intake manifold I suppose, and drill it for 5 more injectors/TIG in the bungs, but it would all be a massive pain in the arse when you could just use E85.
ITB's are cool, but again the reason to fabricate a manifold using them would not be to save money by using LPG!
