If we get organised, we can make mallets courtside. I haz tape measure/drill/saws...and the threaded rod. It's not rocket science!

1. Jono will almost certainly have shafts at Bristol.
   
2. Order nuts and bolts from eBay.
   
3. Buy cheap grip from intersport on North street.
   
4. Keep some cork or similar for the handle end
   
5. Somebody in town 'liberate' some yellow pipe.

I've organised for Ben Punkture to bring us some poles from London to Bristol if we get them all paid for first.
Cranks has some yellow, I have a bit too. Also check out £1 stores for "surgical tape", its a cheap version of hockey tape
