If we had a billionaire, Messi would be at Goodison
If Kenwright said 'YES' to the arabs before City, we'd be top of the league
If Yakubu didn't eat so many pies he'd be top Prem scorer
If Beckford didn' have the first touch of a rapist he'd still be at Goodison
If Heysel never happened, we'd've conquered Europe
If Trevor Steven hadn't gone to Marseille we migh've kept him for another few seasons
If Derby didn't have Kenny Miller, they might've stayed in The Prem -

But it's a "story" from a "newspaper". i.e. He was probably asked "if you keep this form up, you'll be challenging for the league?"
"Yes"Stewart Downing says they can win everything.

I honestly think Arsenal still have a way to go before they hit rock bottom. Signing a couple of Everton rejects isn't going to paper over the cracks

but using the power of math he's right.. FACT. 88-90 points on current form. that's challenging for the title isn't it?

we arent that bad that swansea isnt doable, will still have some sort of passing game and now we got merseacker there maybe a bit of stabillity....just a shitter vermaelen is injured again :( peter hill wood and pat rice need to leave......training is rubbish and hill wood keeps spouting shit!!! our players should be kicking lumps out of each other to toughen each other up.....not practicing plie's and prancing around!!

Well duh capello,! Ive been saying for years now that even if we never made it to a competition oneyear we should blood the young and field a young squad, that way they would be more comfortable having played together as a team...and get rid of these overplayed old guard that never seem to have the capacity or metality to hold formation or the ball!! Its always the whipper snappers that turnto gold...i will still be donning my england shirt with pride though....
