Car appreciation... the aesthetics, the engineering, etc

Jung, it looks great. What is it (sorry haven't been paying attention).

I am in a strange car situation. I haven't had one for nearly two years - been no need in London really, and when my last one died I've just been using the Mrs' Punto (on which I'm a named driver). But after 2 years, I think my No Claims Discount (considerable at 9 years) expires. So I'm thinking of getting something to keep that going - and just cos I fancy a car... is this ridiculous? Don't want anything too nice, as have no garage. Old estate might be useful...

If you want a car for the sake of it then cool, but if you would prefer to avoid all the costs of ownership couldn't you insure your mrs' car for her when it needs renewing? Dunno if the policy holder has to be the registerd keeper though. You could alternate each year.
